Digital marketplace for buying and selling used cars
BACKGROUND:
Start-up company launched to address the market trend of allowing automotive dealers to merchandise, buy, and sell used cars digitally amongst themselves. The model disintermediated auto auctions and helped dealers save money on both buy and sell transaction fees.
CHALLENGES:
Alignment…Scale…Execution!!! Like most startups, not agreeing upon early strategic direction coupled with investment prudence can hinder success. The client needed help in all aspects from defining their mission, vision, values, and key objectives to optimizing processes/systems enabling nimble execution.
