Scott has over 20 years of experience in business and technology consulting and brings a broad range of experience to his clients. Scott's expertise includes customer relationship management, strategy & execution, complex program management, solution architecture, sales force effectiveness, customer insight/analytics, business process optimization, organizational design and alignment, performance measurement, balanced scorecard development, and change management.
Before starting CUSTOCUS CONSULTING, LLC in 2010, Scott was a Principal for the North Highland Company where his overall responsibilities included providing leadership, business development, and delivery expertise focused on CRM for fortune 500 companies. Prior to North Highland, Scott was a Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting where he helped grow the CRM practice to a nationally recognized name and led multiple, complex CRM strategies and implementations overseeing large consulting teams and client personnel. In Scott’s early career he worked as a Systems Analyst for National Data Corporation (now Global Payments) and as an Operations Analyst for BellSouth Corporation (now AT&T).
